What happens next if I want to start a subscription?
1. We’ll send you our banking details.
2. You can set up a scheduled payment. Stop it whenever you like.
3. We’ll facilitate the buying of the commodity of your choice.
4. We will deliver it to you or you can collect it at your vault to be stored.
5. We can hold it in our vault for you up to 14 days free until you collect or give us the ability to deposit your savings for you (Trust form to be signed).
6. We’ll send all relevant feedback and confirmation.
7. You stay in control. Buy, sell or collect when you’d like.
What happens if I have credit?
Should it happen that you have credit after a purchase, we will keep that credit on record for you until such a time that it is sufficient to buy another piece of the commodity of your choice.
